there is a very good chance. i dont know for sure since i only had an u/s last cycle on cd14 the day of our iui and my lining was over 9 and i hadjust released an egg.didnt get pregnant. so today i am cd10 and i went in for u/s and i have 3 good size follies but my lining is only at 5 but cahances are good that within the next few days it will thicken up based on last cycle,hopefully.good luck.i had bloodwork and they will let me know when to trigger and do iui in the next day or so.

Thanks Hope! I'm a late ovulater and usually don't O until CD18 but being on Femara will most likely get my follies ready sooner. Tomorrow is CD15 for me and i go for another u/s check and if my lining looks good and my follies are the right size he'll trigger. We aren't doing IUI but I still wanted the trigger so we can time things perfectly! Good luck to you too!!! I bet your lining will be fine if it was last cycle! :)

lets keep each other posted on how things go. i got the call from the doc today and i trigger tonite w/ sex and then no sex thursday and then iui fri morning as long as the lining is better.tell me a little bit about yourself. i am on the signs of pregnancy forum under enter at your own risk #18 if you want to join me there.

Hi Hope! Def we'll keep each other posted! I've had three losses. First one June 2007, 8 weeks, ended in D&C. My 2nd loss was Aug. 2007 at five weeks which ended naturally. After that my DH and I went to a specialist and she ran all the tests and basically chalked it up to bad luck as everything came back negative. She said she thinks the next time around would be it. Well, DH and i took the time and tried in the fall and I fell pg in Dec. We were thrilled especially after having the all clear from the specialist. Everythign was going well until i started spotting and when i went in for an u/s at seven weeks there I had lost the baby again and i needed a D&C. We were devastated. It gets worse though... right after the D&C my dh was transferred for work to West Virginia (we are from NJ) so we moved quickly and i went to a new doc for a follow up from the D&C. Because I've had three losses now she referred me to an RE which I started seeing this past March. I had yet to have a period from my last D&C and after examining me he found that i had retained tissue. So I had to have a hysteroscopy with a D&C to remove the retained tissue. I just finally got a period two weeks ago! The RE put me on a ttc plan of femara, then trigger shot, then progesterone supplements three days after O. This is my first cycle on the plan and when i went in for my CD12 u/s my lining was only 4.4. He said i still had time for it to get thicker since my follies weren't ready yet but he also mentioned there could be possible scarring in there from having to have the retained tissue removed! I'm praying that tomorrow my lining has thickened and everything is great in there! After three losses over the course of a year my DH and i are more than ready for a happy healthy nine months! Good morning Hope...well i'm back from my u/s and my lining did go up to 5.9 but the one dominant follie only grew from 14.5 to 15.5 in three days. The doc isnt sure if i had a premature follie rupture, it will die out or it will continue to grow. He did a progesterone and estrogen test today so i'm just waiting for the results. That will tell us if I O'ed or not. I'm thinking because I usually don't O until CD18-21 and today I'm only CD15 maybe I just have slow growing follies! I sure hope thats the case!!!
