Help..I Am So Upset And Dont Know What To Do..

I had my 1st ultrasound to find out how far along I was and nothing showed...went back 9 days later and there it was....calculating 5w6d....then went back 9 days later to try to see heartbeat...no heartbeat seen and calculated only 6w1d...(there was 9 days in between appts)then went in 2 weeks later...(yesterday) and doc says its there but has not grown it now says 6w2d and there is no heartbeat...he says i should wait to miscarry on my own or have a d&C...I am SOOOO upset...I fell pregnant, have had no bleeding no cramping...what should I do...get a second opinion...i dont want to beleive he is right......HELP!!!

oh ya 1st ultrasound measured 2.5mm 2nd one measured 4.6 and now yeaterday he didnt say what it measured...

Hi sorry you have to go trough these; Go to your ob have blood drown and check for hcg ,it should rise along with the pregnacy ,At the beginning of my pregnancy the dates were off baby measured small but after 8 weeks they got an heartbeat .

Well I am supposed to be 8 weeks, but the ultrasound is measuing 6 weeks 2 days. DO you think it would be worth it? Do you think they could be that far off? I appreciate your advice! HOw far off were they with you?

Hi , just about 2 weeks of f
I was due on Dec 26 based on my last period ,based on ultrasound baby due date was Jan 15. I was so anxious the entire time .I had my baby on Jan 2 2009 via c section ( that was 39 weeks) and he was stillborn due to an umbilcal cord accident. I know you are scared and have hopes all those feelings that you can't escape from . I hope evrything is ok keep us posted . Do what you need to have peace of mind that's what matters.

I was 13 weeks and they couldn't find a heart beat and could see on the sonogram that it had died in the 7th week. I had a D & E done because I was creeped out that it was still inside of me. I heard that letting it happen naturally hurts a lot and you don't know how long it will take for the body to realize-it could go into the 4th month, also I wanted to have it done so I could heal faster and try sooner.
