I Am 41 And Want To Become Pregnant, Just Had D&c

Last week I had a d&c at 10 weeks after becoming pregnant on first try with new husband. I have no children but two prior pregnancies that I elected to end. This pregnancy had a chromosomal abnormality. I will TTC right away. The thing is we want two children which is very ambitious at my age. IVF may be the only way. In the meantime I will try to get pregnant naturally. If anyone has advice or similar experience please let me know. After a life of feeling so young and invincible I am beginning to doubt. I just don't want to go bonkers in the effort to get pregnant. In the meantime I want to be equipped with the best science so I can make good decisions. I will see my doctor next week for follow up and genetic results from d&c.
