Dawn - temps are average, I guess, but I know I've ovulated and they aren't rising all that much - 97.3/4 up to 97.7. If they stay that low then my hypothesis about progesterone might just be correct ( and I will feel very proud of myself for sleuthing that out!). I may make an appt. with my OB to start testing at the end of this cycle also - if this trend holds. It's only been two days since, so I'm going to wait a bit longer. The reason I know I ovulated is that I was checking my cervix -ew. I know. But really interesting too. TARA - congratulations on the BFP! I am crossing my fingers for you and praying everything goes perfectly for you and your little one. Dawn- hang in there, Sister. There's another cycle coming down the pike! Hey, I really recommend checking your cervical position. It was sooo obvious to me when I was ovulating and my OPK was postive just beforehand and continued to be positive until a day after I ovulated - Three days. (not a big window for us AMA's ) :-) You'll probably have a longer window than me and then you can really get down to biz. Hope you had a good work out!

Hey gals- can't make a long post for I am so fatigue it isn't even funny. Hard to even focus on the screen. lol... just wanted to say that I got home from the hospital yesterday and have read every post to date. :) Just haven't replied because of the lack of time, energy, etc. Dawn- at least you have a good support (your neighbor!) maybe things were meant and it was meant that you 2 need each other. Good luck!! ___Tara- congrats!! Its so awesome that I give birth to hear someone conceiving!! Bee's gonna pop out one here soon, so maybe another BFP after her's. hehe. :) ___Coda- completely normal!! I even asked the doctor to test the extra discharge because it was so watery, but its totally normal. In fact, it will even get more as you get further along. Might want to wear a panty liner sometimes. ___Helene- thats great all is OK. When you say "black" stuff.. you mean, like old blood.. or something of the unknown?? Make sure you keep an eye on placenta previa.... when do you have your anatomy ultrasound?? They should be able to rule out all that then. Also, congrats on the good heartbeat. Well, going to go back to baby now.... will post my wonderful labor (not really, lol) story next post.

coda - May 9th, 2006 12:28 AM

nicole nelson - May 9th, 2006 8:54 AM

Daniella glad to hear you are doing good. How is the baby. Tara congrats on the bfp. Well ladies tomorrow is my doctor appointment. so maybe i will get something done lol. i will update when i get back. good day to all.

LeraeAllyn - May 9th, 2006 9:31 AM

TARA - Thank you for the update. I read online a little about turners last night. So sad but it does seem unlikely that it will happen again. keep positive and we all hope for the best for you and this baby. BEE -- I am not testing since I got a/f yesterday :-( Sucks I know but I was so pleased that this cycle was exactly the same as last month. CODA -- yes, this is cycle #5 post m/c so I am hoping I will be another lucky person with cycle#6 this month. I already fore-warned DH when he will need to be ready for lots of BD. That is assuming I can stick with this nice 31 day cycle again this month. ALLIEB -- Yea, those temps seem a little low for after ovulation. Even though I only temped this one cycle mine were definitely above 98 for the days after ovulation. Dropped on Sunday and then dropped even more yesterday when I started a/f. Now today it was high again but I guess it usually is during your period. They say you dont have to temp during a/f but I am going to just to stay in the habit and see what it is all about. DANIELLA -- Thanks for checking in and getting caught up on our posts. It is great to hear from you and I anxiously await your labor and delivery story. How is your little boy so far? Your parents arrive in a few days right? How exciting. You are right. My neighbor and I are becoming very close and I think a strong support system for each other. May will be her 3rd month trying and my 6th. With her other two pregnancies it happened on the 3rd try and I am hoping for the luck of the 6th that Helene and Coda had. I will be so pleased if she and I are pg at the same time :-) Dawn

LeraeAllyn - May 9th, 2006 10:40 AM

HELENE - Where are you at? Is everything OK? Dawn

Tara S - May 9th, 2006 2:54 PM

Hi ladies,Dawn maybe next month will be your lucky month. My grief counsellor told me not to stress and when the time is right it will happen. Daniella congrats, you give me hope that women who have had losses can go on and have healthy babies. well tomorrow I go in for another blood test and Im super nervous, praying my Hcg doubles by then.Take care everyone

LeraeAllyn - May 9th, 2006 4:08 PM

TARA -- Best of luck with your appt and bloodwork tomorrow. I am sure all will be well this time around. You have gone thru enough loss and need a healthy baby in your arms very soon. I do hope next month will be lucky for me and DH. I can not wait to share this with my husband and to see him with OUR baby. It is going to be amazing. Dawn

Bee99 - May 9th, 2006 7:34 PM

Daniella good to hear from you, Dawn sorry I didnt realise that af had arrived well hope this month brings better luck for you. Im still just waiting and I learnt something surfinh the net that youd prob. asume Id know already but when the Dr told me head is not enganged I have since read that after your first and most certainly 3rd and so on head usalls does not engage until labour so Im not sure why Dr mention about the head not been engaged....anyway i guess time will tell.

Daniella - May 10th, 2006 4:03 AM

Bee- yea, the first baby usually you efface first and then dilate... . each one after, you usually dilate then efface. First baby does usually engage sooner. Yet, its still good if baby is head down. Did they say what station the bub is in?? Plus, it doesn't really mean anything. Heck, I was 4cm and fully effaced and fully engaged for weeks.... whereas some wont be anything and then go into labor and give birth the same day. So, don't worry!! Did they say if your dilated at all?

Bee99 - May 10th, 2006 6:58 AM

Daniella my dr has not done an internal since...ever actually I had a swab 2 weeks ago. I just thought that it was an odd thing to say about the head seeing it means nothing really. So I just go back to a waiting game I have dropped though I didnt notice it to look at myself but Im breathing easier and 3 people commented on it today infact, 1 lady I dont know that well but being a small town the chance of her seeing me around from day to day is high. Sounds like you and bubs are doing well. I asume the birth went like clock work.

LeraeAllyn - May 10th, 2006 10:50 AM

BEE - No problem. It is hard to keep track of all these posts sometimes. How exciting that you will be having your baby anyday now :-) Will this be your last then? Right around the time you should be giving birth, me and my neighbor will be TTC for this month. I told DH last night that I have decided May is our month. Power of positive thinking right? DANIELLA - How is that baby boy of yours? Is everything going well so far? Dawn

nicole nelson - May 10th, 2006 10:51 AM

Good morning ladies. So tara how was your appointment today. hope everything went well. glad to hear you are ok daniella. you too bee. anyway i will post after i get back from the doctor. good day to all

Bee99 - May 10th, 2006 7:35 PM

Yes Dawn my last but if I feed myself I can not have the needle that last 3 months or the implant just the mini pill so for the first year or how ever long I feed I ll have to be real careful seeing Im not that good at taking the pill I go 1,2 miss a few then Isay to myself right this time everyday I can do it and b4 I know it what looks like a kids dot to dot is my pill packet I dont want to go have anything done though I think once I can have the implant that will be best for me. I hope May is the month being mothers Day and all, How was DH about you getting him high on this month? Was he with you on it? Good luck hope it works out.
