Pain 4 Days After D&c???

I had a missed miscarriage they found on u/s last thursday. I should have been 10 weeks but baby was only measuring 8 weeks. I had a d&c Friday. I have felt absolutely perfect until yesterday(Tuesday) and today. I have having pain in by lower abdomen that does not feel like cramps. It is more like sharp pains. It hurts when I sit and move fast. I also was not bleeding until the pain started now I have been bleeding. Not to heavy though. Is this normal? I don't appear to be running a fever. It is just so weird that I have not had any pain and now I am having pain, but not severe. Anyone else had similar experience???
