Prometrium And Shorter Periods??

Yet another question for you ladies...
I started taking prometrium suppositories a few months ago. I only take them after I've ovulated until I get a negative pregnancy test and then I stop so I can get my period. I've noticed, however, that my periods have been very short - 2 or 3 days. My usual periods last 4-5 days. I was wondering if any of you have had this experience and does this mean anything bad??
