Provera To Induce Period After D&C

I had a D&C January,9th. Now my period hasn't come yet and I've been doing pregnancy tests and they all said I am not pregnant. I called the doctor and he prescribed PROVERA to induce the period. Of course I Google and found a lot of things about it but I would like to know if somebody went trough all this. I am afraid to take this medicine. Thanks in advance for all your help and God bless you.

I am shocked and jealous that your doctor prescriped that so soon...consider yourself lucky and take it...(I had to wait 4 months and it didn't even work...resulting in a pretty tramatic series of months, various tests and finally surgery...)...take the meds...if by some miracle you are pregnant it won't hurt the baby...
