Scared It's A Miscarriage Again

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and had some bleeding two days ago. I don't exactly know if i'm passing tissue ..my discharge is blood with dryish clots that are no bigger than a letter on this page But it has stopped. I'm now having minor cramping but I'm on progestorone suppositories. I'm afraid that my cramping would be worse without the progestorone. Perhaps I would be having more symptoms without the progestorone. Last Friday I had an ultrasound that showed a baby with a heartbeat and one other sac.So I lost one of the babies. I had the same symptoms before my ultrasound (which I think cued me on the first miscarriage). My appt is not until this Friday so I won't know for sure until then.

April; so worrying for you!!! I also had bleeding during the first trimester of pregnancy with my DD, but everything turned out fine. I am not a doctor, but it sounds like the bleeding could potentially be a result of losing the baby that they can't see (but can see the sac). This happened to a friend of mine a couple of years ago, and everything worked out for her. So don't give up hope {{hugs}}, ox
