I had a m/c last Weds. (Jan 26th) which was a very devastating event. I ended up at the Emergency room and passed out on the floor - to wake up to blood, etc. all over the place. I went to an Early Pregnancy Complications clinic the next day where they performed u/s, internal exam, etc. There was a bit of "product" still left in my uterus and when given the option, I opted to let it all occur naturally (to eliminate everything). Today I'm back at work and currently experiencing some cramping (which I have been all along), headache, I seem to have a fever (don't have a thermometer with me), and strange aches in my shoulder blade, etc. Should I be concerned?

Maybe 'concerned' is a bit strong, but you must see a doctor. He or she will quickly be able to tell if you have an infection, and if so might give you antibiotics, or advise you to have a D&C to remove all risks of complications. But only a doctor can really tell what is wrong with you. Anyway, you shouldn't be at work if you are feeling unwell, so take it easy for a couple of days.

If you have a fever it could be a sing of infection due to some of the remaining products in your utrus. This should be checked out by a doctor for proper treatment if needed. all the best to you... oh, and try to go home to rest if you can.

Pain in shoulder could be eptopic pregnancy, get checked out. And don't rush back to work too soon, Good luck.
