Symptoms Of Infection After D&C

I had a D&C over 2 weeks ago.Last night I had horrible pain between my hips even in my butt. I also had a fever, backache, pelvis pain, everything in my body felt achy.Went to emergency and The only real test was urine and they said it looked like a bladder infection. I asked if it could be my uterus infected and they said I would have bleeding. I have no bleeding at all. I was wondering what symptoms of infection on your uterus are after having a D&C.

HI tara, i had pain in my groin above the top of my right leg and it came across the front of my stomach as well. I thought it was like after pain you get after full term birth but i then got like yeast infection symptoms so i treated my self with the pessary on fetching the applicator out i had some brown colour'd
blood but none other than that which i knew wasn't right for a yeast infection so went to the dr's had exam and i had infection of the uterus when the dr touched me inside i could have hit the roof i didn't have any discharge other than yeast like and it didn't have an odour. I didn't have d/c though mine was a natural but i had been bleeding for two weeks before the m/c finally happen'd which they say you become more open to infection the longer you are open. The dr gave me two lots of anti's incase the infection had spread to my water works to be safe.hope this helps some how.
