Twinges And High Temps..post M/c (concerned)

What could cause this. I guess I am not too worried about the high temps..cause I know it may take a couple days after AF for them to go down..but I keep feeling the same twinges on both ovaries since ovulation on May 25. Should I be concerned..call my ob?
