Whether It Was A Miscarriage Or Not?

Found out I was pregnant two weeks ago. Levels were 578 on 3/20 then 843 on 3/22 so I had a sonogram and there is a sac but no baby yet. I had a quarter size of brown blood but no pain on 3/30 so had another sonogram and the sac was still there and the doctor said it looked better but my hcg levels went down to 47 and pregesterone was 1.83. I was floored since I had no pain or any significant blood, just one drop. The doctor said I miscarried though so anyone else have this problem?

I am doing fine, thank you. I got over it sooner than I thought that I would. I am glad I was not that far along and I am ready to try again. I bled for four days then that was it.
