HI everyone. I went for my 10 week scan to be told I had a missed miscarriage (baby died in my womb at 7weeks but body still thinks it's pregnant) I was advised to go to hospital where they started off my miscarriage and have D&C. I bleed afterwards for approx 1 - 2 weeks however then I started to notice a yellow thick discharge (no smell) and was experiencing immense abdominal pain, so I went to my Drs where she checked to see if my cervix had closed (which it had) and took a few swabs. I was prescribed antibiotics as she said I had an infection. Third day into taking my anitbiotics the discharge now has traces of blood in it and is getting gooier, so I called the surgery to speak with a female Dr but there was none on available. I was then informed that my results came back and the receptionist said I had thrush. I've now taken a tablet for that, but I'm still worried about the bleeding. Does anyone know if this is normal. I've heard so many horrer stories about infections causing complications in future pregnancies, and would like my mind put at rest Thanks, K
