I had a miscarrige after taking clomid and my doctor said it has nothing to do with the medication. In fact he told me clomid decreases you chances of a miscarrige. I'm not sure I believe this. Sorry for you lost I am going for a D&C tomorrow.

I am so sorry for your loss I know how it is. How far along were you. I actually talked to my RE yesterday he said the same thing that it doesn't increase risk of m/c. I just find it strange that out of 6 pregnancys with 2 m/c they were both clomid babies. I am still trying to decide wether or not to take it again or not. They told me that I should have some testing done but I'm not ure I want to do that right now. good luck and hope all goes well today

i took clomid 50mg got preg after first round, then at 10 weeks the babys heart stopped beating. i had a d&c last tuesday. i really want to try again but scared it could of been the clomid that done this, i know i cant handle another m/c. has any one been here b/4 and taken it again and had a healthy baby ??
