I had a miscarriage in April. a one day bleed in May and since then my cycle has been every 30 days. This month I was a week late, I tested and it was + then faded. Have pregnancy symptoms-sore/tender breasts, feeling sick to my stomache. and dizziness. Started AF on Sat. but my temperature is still high. Has that happened to anyone-have a chemical pregnancy and still have high temps and still have pregnancy symptoms. Could I still be pregnant?

tf, I'm sorry your going through this. It certainly sounds like you could be having a chemical pregnancy. I've had one chem. preg, but I don't chart temps so I don’t know about that. I did start bleeding the day my AF was due when I had the chemical pregnancy. The preg test however didn't come out until about a week later. I had bleeding that I thought was AF and that appeared all normal, and than I began bleeding again about 2 days after it quit and that is the point that a test came out positive. So...I guess that means the hormones must have still been going up in my system after I initially started bleeding. You said your positive has faded though so it sounds like most of the HCG has left your system. I did have sore boobs with the chemical pregnancy but that was about it for preg symptoms. You asked about still being preg. and while I can’t say that that is completely impossible, if your HCG levels have dropped your probably not still pregnant. I would suggest talking to your doc. as he/she may want to do an u/s to make sure that everything passed completely through your system. You could also have your doc. do a pregnancy test to be sure that all your hormones are/have returned to normal. I hope you find out what is going on soon. Again I'm sorry. HUGS

UPDATE! the "AF" that I had was only for 2 days of really light bleeding and then spotting for 3 days. Usually I bleed heavy for 5 or 6 days and light for 1 day. This month was not normal for me. I still have pregnancy symptoms-that are getting stronger-and my temps are still really high. thankfully I have an appointment next week with the DR.

tf; there is a chance your 'af' could have been late implatation bleeding - hope your appt at the docs went well, all the best, juju.
