Feared Miscarriage

I have had 3 miscarriages in the past and am blessed with 3 beautiful children. I am pregnant again and am convinced I am going to miscarry. My counts were good although I had a low progesterone count and am on a gel supplement. I had a ultrasound at 9 weeks and the baby was there with a heart beat of 187! and measuring at 7 weeks. I still can not get rid of my thoughts that this will end badly, I even had a horrible dream last night. I have lost any tenderness in my breasts, am not exhausted like I should be- besides feeling thick around my middle I have no symptoms at all. I have also spotted brown, pink and once of bright red- although that hasn't happened in a few days now. Any advice?

Hi Nicole, I am sorry to hear about your 3 miscarriages in the past. I have a 2 year old and had 2 miscarriages in a row. That is good that you saw a heartbeat at 9 weeks. My doctor has told me in the past that he will do an ultrasound anytime for me if I am feeling scared about miscarrying again. Why don't you give your doctor a call and see if he/she can do an ultrasound to relieve your worries. Sometimes women spot blood during the pregnance and it is normal. I would call your doctor and ask if they can see you soon. Hope you have good news. Take care.
