hi Fiona... I'm so sorry for your loss. I cried a lot the first week after my d&c on 8/3. It gradually got better. Just allow yourself to be sad and to be angry, and let time pass... I promise you'll feel better. Talking to other people helped me a lot - I was able to realize how common miscarriage is, and how it's completely possible to have a miscarriage and still go on to have a healthy pregnancy later. Just be good to yourself and ask your husband to let you grieve- it's natural and it's the best thing to do. Good luck to you... hugs...V |
