Hcg Leves Went Down

i went to the dr on friday for an ultrasound they say they could not hear a heart beat so they send to get blood work. they call me back on monday and said the the hcg levels went down and there was nothing else to do. on friday it was 4200 and monday it was 4100. plus i am 7weeks but the ultra suond is showing 5weeks and three days. they want to remove it medicali but i have no bleeding and no cramps what do i do

Rosa first of all are you sure on your dates? if not then wait somtimes these things happen and all is fine. On the other hand if you are sure its a blighted ovum i would have a d/c i had a natural i 9/10wks my dates and only 5 wks on scan i was sure though my husband had an hernia op 7 weeks when i had my first scan so knew i was at least 2/3 weeks more than it showed.i also lost all preg symptoms. we don't get blood work done in the uk so i was asked to return two weeks later for another scan but never made it i bleed for nearly two weeks after 1st scan and finally m/c i would have had a d/c if i were sure as i feel a natural is a terrible experience but other people may tell you different you really need to follow your own heart on the this one good luck which ever way it goes.
