Long Periods... Miscarriage?

hi, I am on 100mg clomind and didnt get my period for 45 days. My first htp was bfp, but after that all tests were negative including a blood test. The doc gave me medicine to start the period. I had a period for 2 full weeks, then it stopped for a week and now has started again. could this have been a miscarriage?
