M/c Natural Or D&c, When To Expect AF?

I m/c naturally on June 6, so it has only been two weeks. Sometimes it feels like yesterday and others it feels like eternity. Does anyone know if it makes a difference between a natural m/c and a d&c as far as when you might expect your next AF? Girls are waitng anywhere between 6 and 10 weeks, does anyone know which one takes longer? And also, how do you know for sure it is your period and not just more bleeding? I have been spotting and bleeding and more spotting for well over a month if you count from the first bit of brown spotting. When does it end? (last hcg levels 600s) Going again tomorrow for another blood test. I have been visiting this site through it all. Thank goodness we have each other. I can't imagine going through all of this alone. Prayers for all of you!
