hi girls, when you miscarry, is it always painful?

For my case. Emotionally, YES. Physically, NO. Besides having a bad cramp (lighter than my usual menstural cramp) before the discharge of the sac, I felt perfectly fine. I actually felt it come out while I was watching TV.
