My blood work came back in today and my hcg levels are at 10. I thought this past week i had ovulated but is that possible with the levels above 5?

I'm not a doctor, but from what I know, no, it isn't possible. Your hcg level needs to be under 5 (this counts as zero). The hcg supresses other hormones neccessary for ovulation. see http://www.babyhopes.com/art
