Pregnancy After A Misscarriage

I'm possibly going through a misscarriage as we speak since my last ultrasound showed only a sac when I should have been 8 weeks pregnant. I am still feeling many pregnancy symptoms however and I'm wondering if it possible that I have gotten pregnant again without any bleeding from a misscarriage.

Is that possible or is it just wishful thinking?
