I miscarried in August of 04. A long time ago, I know. Anyways...while at the hospital they drew alot of blood from me for testing. I know they test for hormone levels, but I was wondering what else they test for when one miscarries? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hiya jessica, i miscarried in march last year and they didnt test me for anything. Basically because im young they didnt really wana no.
Dont they also test if there is any baby tissue left in your body? I no if any parts get left behind i could affect your fertillity?

After I miscarried they did a hcg test and a hemaglobin test to check my iron levels. Alot of women become anemic after they miscarry.
