10 Days Late... Negative Hpt?

Heyyy. So i am now 10 days late for AF. on the 7th day i took a hcg urine test. it came back negative. i am sooo confused. i have no idea when i ovulated so i have no clue how many weeks i would be. i also heard that stress can delay or steal your period but not stress immeditatly before your period it had to have been earlier in the cycle. either im loosing my mind or things are smelling alot stronger. and im way more tired than ever before. i dont have ANY boob tenderness. i know thats a really important one. can anyone tell me if they took a negative hpt one week after their missed period but actually was pregnant??
