3 Negative HPTs, One Weak Positive Blood Test.... UPDATE

So I've had strong pregnancy symptoms for over a month now, after 3 neg hpts, I went to the doctor Last week, and had a positive with really low hcg levels. Now I got a negative blood test on Friday. I still have symptoms, nausea, swolen breasts, darkening nipples, dark blue veins all over my chest, sensitive to smells etc. Now I have an ultrasound tomorrow and a batttery of blood tests. It may just be a very early miscarriage, and I'm still having pregnancy symptoms, or I have an underlying illness that caused me to have a false-positive.
But I must say, I feel very pregnant.
Has anyone ever gone thru anything like this?

Ultrasound showed nothing except for thick endometrium,no cysts or tumors (thank god), bloodtest results back by next week. So it's looking like an early miscarriage. If I don't get my period in 2 more weeks, the dr will prescribe me something to make it come. I'm disappointed that I'm not pregnant, but we weren't planning on it anyway so I guess the time is just not right yet.
