i have had very faint lines on tests for the last four days(as in hold up to light tilt it and suint type thing but definately faintly there). I'm hoping they're still faint because my period is not due for another three days. I never realised this would be so stressful

i had faint positive test for five days and then they got weaker and became neg and now i've got my period. i'll never test before my period is due again!!!

I'm about 5-6 days late. I was due for my period on the 8th and I tested on the 12th. I coudn't tell if there was a faint line or a line forming. I'm having signs of pregnancy and pms. They're basically the same. It's driving me and my husband crazy. I don't want to get my hopes up yet. How long should I wait to test again?

When i took my pregnancy test, the second line was very light, but the instructions say one line may be lighter than the other. I went to my doctor and i was 5 weeks pregnant!

Hi DV, well usually it says to wait 2 days before testing again. I thought i was pregnant because i was 4 days late, but AF came today. I was disappointed but we will try again. I was pregnant in october '05 but had a miscarriage, that is why i know some information.

I am glad I found this site. I can relate to so many of your stories. I am 40 years old - ancient in fertility years. I had a ruptured ectopic 11/2 years ago and since had 2 miscarriages. I just went through my first IVF month. Friday I get my bloodwork done to see if I'm pregnant. I kind of cheated and took home test today. I used first response and saw a very, very, very faint second line. I am so confused. With my other miscarriages, the lines were very faint. This just makes me more worried than ever.

I have taken a clearblue pregnancy test and only half of the positive line is visible, is this a positive result?

Hi everyone, I am new to the site. I live in Scotland. Just wanted to ask. I did a preg test 2 days ago and peed on it twice, i mistook it for 2 nd preg test. Anyway was negative, but yesterday when i went to throw it away there was a faint pos line. Did one yesterday and neg. I am due period on monday. The test i took was the clearblue 4 days early one. Could i be preg? got all the symptoms, nausea, extreme tiredness and sore back and weird feeling in abdomen. Have a four year old daughter to previous relationship. Myself and my partner of 3 years have bn trying for 5 mnths. Had 2 miscarriages 2 years ago. Someone pls help quick!!!!!! going insane
