4 Days Late, Negative HPT

I was due to get my period around the 15th of the month. On 01/07 I started very light spotting. It was a pinkish color and lasted for five days. I didn't need to even wear a pantyliner or anything since it was only there when I wiped. My periods are never early. I also had some dizzy spells and my nipples had been really really sore.
Earlier this week, I started with the nausea and even threw up on Monday evening into Tuesday morning out of nowhere. I've been feeling kinda queezy and had a lack of appetite since then. It's getting a bit better today.
Every HPT I've taken has come back negative. I'm now 4 days late. I went in yesterday for a blood test so I should have the results back tomorrow. The wait is killing me but the fact that I haven't gotten my period is really bugging me.
