Hi ladies. I was talking to one of the pregnant ladies at work and she told me she invested about $75 in home pregnancy tests. Her test did not come back positive until she was almost 2 months pregnant. So I guess there is still hope for all of us who want kids. I am very tempted to take the test again, but she suggested I wait 10 days from the last test. I will let you know what happened next week.

Scroll way back up to my first entry. I have had a cycle while pg. I understand. I still swear that was the wierdest pg ever. I know it is possible, I know it is possible to have a hpt negative, and still be pg. And I hope you are, but just try to talk to yourself, that you really might not be, because the heartache is so horrible no matter what. But from experince I can tell you, if you don't force yourself to really think that you might not be, I at least have been like a pane of glass with a rock thrown through it when I found out I wasn't. I just hope that doesn't happen to you...

Crystal - what was the cycle like that you had during your pregnancy? I am about 17 dpo. It was normal flow, just absolutly no cramps whatsoever, when I usually have severe ones. Also not to be too aweful gross, but no clots either. It has gotten really light twice and then picked up again. I'm on my 5th day now, so technically should be my last day. What do you think of this? Oh, I have been regular since the time I was 13, I mean ridiculously regular too.

Chrystal what do you think of my situation? I do want to be pregnant but more importantly I am worried because I spot after intercourse only. This never happened to me before. Like I said before it has now been 37 days since my last period. I have a daughter and w/her the test came out positive about 2 days after my missed period.

My cycle lasted for 7 days. It was normal flow, but no clots. But I was getting sick. I felt nauseated, I was beyond exhausted, I was crying all the time. So I decided to take a test just to see. on day 8 after I started my flow I had a screaming positive, but you need to realize, I had a faint positive in the morning on the same day before I started to have my cycle.
But with all my previous pgs, I had a regular cycle, I was breastfeeding I had only had one period, and tested when symptoms began. I don't know how many days I was.. So is it possible yes, does it happen all the time no, If you are more than say 21 days dpo, and still no positive, then you really need to go see your Dr. I have gone up to 40 dpo, with no cycle. I wasn't pg, just stressed. So I know this doesn't help, but it is the best I have. I am wishing the best for ya'll

Well, you might be pg, depending on when you ovulated if you know, but if you continue to spot after intercourse, I think you should go see your Dr, you might have vaginitis or something mild like that, that has the walls of the vagina irritated, If that is the case and your pg, you need to know and take care of it. IF you are pg you might just have capullaries that are bursting and causing bleeding. If your not pg and doing that you need to see your dr before you are REALLY NEEDing to see your Dr for something like that. If you hit 40 days start really thinking about if not go ahead and call your dr.

I have a question. I am now 2 days late for my period but I am still nursing. I just had my first period post partum last month (baby is 11 months). I took a hpt 2 days before my period was expected and it was negative. Do you think my levels could be off since I am still nursing? Could I be pregant? No sign of period and not really prego signs except tired.. but I do have an 11 month old to chase after!

hi ,i have taken about 6 test and they al have came out neg. im going to wait a nother week to see what hapens before i take a nother test again

Well, I got what I think is my period today except I only bleed when I go to the bathroom. The other thing is that its not bleeding they are just clots. Is this normal? Should I assume this is my period?

I must add that my lower back hurts and so does my lower abdomen. Has this ever happened to someone?

If you are still nursing your cycles can be intermittent for a LONG time. I nursed 3 of my 4 kids, and I often got my cycle, but then only had a period every other month or so. What you are experinceing is very normal for a nursing Mommy. Can you get pg with nursing absolutley. Can you have irregular cycles while nursing absolutley. So I would just wait and see if you start having symptoms. I wish you the best.

Yes I have those symptoms every time I have a late cycle. It seems the later it is the more clots and the more pain you have. I'm sorry that your cycle has come. Even when I had a cycle while pg, I never passed clots. I wish you the best of luck next month.

Christal, is it my period eventhough I am not really bleeding. I have been wearing a pad all day and there are only 2 spots of blood. The only time the clots come out is when I use the bathroom. Is this what how it happened to you?

I must add that I have a headache and feel a little nauseas.

Hey all. I'm new. Have a question - Was supposed to get AF on 8/10. On 8/4, had some brown spotting for about 2 days. Well not really spotting, it was just really when I used the restroom. And then AF didnt come. Have taken a few hpt's. Any idea what's going on?? I would really appreciate anything you could offer
