hi to all...i know how all of you are feeling...i have 3 kids all of whom i did not get a positive urine or blood test until i was at least 10 weeks along...my 3rd child was finally found at 20 wks by ultrasound after being told by countless doctors and even one u/s tech that i was not pregnant. the u/s tech said i had a water cyst when i was infact 5 weeks pregnant. i think i am pregnant with my 4th and am not looking forward to all the docs thinking i am crazy again

Another day no period and it really stinks cause most of the symptoms for pregnancy are the same as when you are getting your period. Not like I care either way... A child is a blessing but I just want to know and i have no health insurance so I can't even go to the doctors so I am so very frustrated. I stopped taking the pill 2 months ago and had a period lastmonth but where is it this month and I don't want to scare my husband too much so I have been sort of keeping it to myself

Hello all! I am new to this board but I have been reading everyone's notes. Wow! My last af was march 28th (I have irregular cycles) and I have taken 3 hpt's and all were neg. I have felt nausea on and off, my nipples are a little sore and I've been bloated and very hungry. I had a little spotting earlier this month but that's all. Any thoughts?

Dee Dee welcome to the board, I am in the same situation as you, my last af was april 8, I took 1 bt and 2 hpt's all neg...I started having irregular cycles lately so I am not sure what is up, I also spotted earlier this month..who knows what is going on

well ladies, the light spotting could have been implantation bleeding..so if you're hoping to fall p/g give it sometime. sometimes just the uterus and linings preparing for menstruation can sometimes cause light spotting. good-luck to all tc

mandy u should go to ur gp and get a blood test done maybe that will put ur mind at ease as blood tests are more reliable that hpt good luck xx

hello.. thanks for ur stories, it helped me a lot with my situation right now... here's my story.. My last menstrual period was last Aug 28, '07... Until now (Oct 15), i have no signs that my next period was coming. I took the pregnancy test yesterday (oct 10) but it came out negative. Is it possible that it has false negative result? When should i test again? Is it possible that iam pregnant. My husband and i are trying to conceive..we've been married May of 2005. The symptoms i feel right now is lower back pain and some cramps in my abdomen. What should i do? Wen should i test again? tnx ....

my lmp was aug 9th.i have tested 4x all neg so i also dont know whats going on. i have some preg symptoms,very sick in the morning.is anyone else this tate with neg pt?

bellasmom79 , i guess we're on the same situation... after reading all their experiences, i strongly believe that iam pregnant... just to update all of u... i just went to my doctor yest (oct 15) and she has given me duphaston tablet. Well, as she explained to me, i shld take the tablet 3 days, and after 3 days if may AF did not come, well, its obvious that i am pregnant. This medicine helps to make your pregnancy strong if u are pregnant, but if not, AF will soon come your way. I suggest u go to your doctor and ask him everything.... hope this can help...I'am praying that my "feeling pregnant" will come true! Thanks and Good luck to all of us! God Bless...

bellasmom... im with you. my lp was aug 10 and it was a very light one-- and ive tested 4 times and all have been negative... even though i have so many symptoms that ihad with my first baby... but almost all are menstral too ... i just don't know what to think anymore

I am 14 days late. I have taken 5 hpt's and all are clearly negative however I suspect I am pregnant since I am usually on time, like clock work, 28 days +/- 1 day. Once, I was 5 days late, but my period eventually came. At that time I had just started a new antidepressant, cymbalta, which may have caused my period to be late. I recently started back on that antidepressant and am wondering if my system is just screwed up because of all the side effects accompanied with the drug (none of which are reported to be late or missed period). I have tried to make an appointment with my GYN but the office hasn't called me back yet.

So far I have been experiencing loss of appetite (could be due to antidepressant but is coming back now), continuous cramps in lower abdomen (similar to period cramps), continuous lower back pain (not uncommon for me), some dizzy spells (recently gone away), insomnia (again could be due to antidepressant, also subsided).

I am very confused and would like some advice on my next step. I would like to find out for sure as soon as possible since I would rather change my antidepressants or stop using them during pregnancy. Cymbalta is a relatively new drug and, to date, there are no studies on the effects on human fetus.

Hi ok .. so i was wondering if anyone could help me out... i have not had my period since may and have skipped 2 periods so far.. i have all the symptoms of being pregnant but i have taken 3 at home tests so far and all have came out negtive.. my family is convinced i am pregnant tho and that i need to get a blood test.. wich i do plan on doin .. i was just wanting to know if any one else out there has went threw this or is goin threw this and what the final result is.. i have been reading up alot on other peoples stories and have found some simlar to mine.. where they say it took till they were 3 months along to come up positive and how some blood tests say negative... if i am pregnant i would be about 9 weeks... and belive me i feel it.. im sick, get dizzy,the smell of things make me sick, and i have just about every other preg sign there is! So if anyone can help or give me some info i would be grateful thank you!

It's been 7-weeks, since my last period and I had a negative hpt, so maybe it's stress? I'm telling myself, it's a win-win, because I either got a free month or I'm getting a baby. I know, it's possible to think about pregnancy so much, that you actually GET symptoms. I moved out of my parents, 01/04/08 and had sex, for the first time, 01/07/08. February 10th, I woke-up and said, "I've been nausous, for two-weeks. I bet, I'm pregnant." I went on-line and there were symptoms, like peeings, a lot and backaches and exhaustion. I was like, "That sounds like me". My OB-GYN had told me, on 12/31/07, I couldn't get pregnant, because my cycles were irregular and I had ovarian cysts, so I decided to see what the big deal was and ended-up pregnant, without even trying, but as much as I wanted to keep it, we couldn't... Well, ever since, I've been really wanting a do-over and every month, I wonder if I am and the more, I think about it, the more nauceaus I become. The last time, onions and bananas made me throw-up (daycare served Funions and Banana Pudding, the afternoon, I found-out, I was pregnant and that night, my boyfriend had a banana and a supreme pizza). So, now, I smell bananas and onions and if I get sick, I take an hpt and ALWAYS, my period starts THAT day. Well, now, it's been 49-days, since my last one and it was only 3-days, last time and I wear black panties, so maybe I have spotted, but I don't know. I saw a bumper sticker on abortion and was offended, because it's not something people take lightly and I had to wait 2-weeks, for one. Now, I really regret it and want a do-over. I hate it, when I see people, like Casey Anthony, whom don't "deserve" kids, when nice people like us, want one, more than anything. The ladies, at work, joke, because I have filled my trunk, with EVERYTHING, possible "baby". Whenever I miss my last one, I shop, for baby stuff, so I'll be ready, next time. And, this other girl, at work, didn't buy anything, 'til after her shower. I'm hoping, this is it! I called the OB and she said, wait another week and if it's been 60-days, since my period, the blood test should show hCg. I'm too young, for menopause, so it's gotta be either stress or a baby! I'm hoping, it's a baby, but either way, I win! : )

You and I are in the same boat. My period is always like clockwork w/ rare exceptions once every few months but never past 2 weeks. I'm on day 49 now and no period yet. Just had physical last thurs which I was rushed to do emergency u/s since dr thought i might have ectopic pregnancy (tender area on one side of my stomach). But it showed nothing, urine is negative, nurse was saying that blood test is probably neg given the last 2 conditions. Lord knows how many sticks that I have peed on and they are all neg. My back is killing me, i am bloated all the time. boobs sore on and off. I don't think it's in my head. This is somewhat a surprised even though we are trying to make 'accidents' happen ;). I'm seeing my dr on tue to discuss about u/s result (apparently there is a cyst), I'm going to see what he's going to say then

hiya, im new here

im nearly 2 months late

my last period was the 10 of july 2009, normally i do miss a month but thats normally due to the fact, that my period before it, would be at the end of the month....i did the calculations, around the time i had unprotected sex (but he did not ejaculate) i was ovalating

but today i took a test which came out nagative...

the symtoms i have is low cramping like u do with a period, feeling tired, feelin sick, i even wiped food from my mouth and i thought i was going to be sick....i have lost my apetite slightly, but not dramatically....i normally suffer from bk pain but not this badly, like i cant bend or lie down....

i really duno whats wrong

please help.....was my first pregnancy test today... was negative
