You probably did ovulate earlier than you think. I know with my daughter at 11 dpo I got a negative and at 12 dpo it was a very faint BFP. I would think 7dpo would be too early for implantation to be complete and hcg starts to be produced once implantation occurs.

wow, i am in the same boat. 8 days before af was due i tested with a dollar tree test. I left the test in the bathroom and when i came back it was a very very faint positive. I did another one a day after and saw nothing. Today, 6 days before af is due i got another realy, really faint positive. I mean you need to put it in the light to be ab;e to see it.... I dont know what to think I am trying to stop testing but i know i wont do it. ill probab;y test every day till af. I actually think this tests have alot of evaporation lines and give false positives but i really cant afford the other tests.

I've read online about the Dollar Tree pregnancy tests, and they say they are very accurate. If they have any color to the line they are supposed to be positive. They said eveporation lines have no color and look like a shadow. I hope that helps. My period is due on Sat. the 14th. I think I had implantion bleeding yesterday on the 10th. Wish me luck. I'm trying to wait till at least friday to test. They say it takes a couple of days after implantaion bleed to get a positive. I also read that the Dollar Tree test read at a sensitivity of about 25. So a light positive is posible. With my son I got a positive test a week before I was due. It was faint but there. I hope I helped ease your mind a litte. Good Luck!!
