So my period is due on the 7th. This morning I noticed some pink blood on the tissue, I am sure it is my period =(. But should i start counting today as the first day of my new cycle, or do i wait till it really start? I use my start date for my ovualtion calnder, and I am now wonder if I am doing it wrong?

I remember reading somewhere that you count it from the first day of a real flow. i didn't know either and I always spot for two days before I really have period. I know I read it online when looking at how to track ovulation.
