Am I Pregnant

I've recently been put on antbiotics for a bladder problem i have, and I came on this month but very lightly and also didn't have any period pains at all, which is not normal for me. I've also been feeling nausious and bloated. I've done 2 home pregnancy tests and the first one came out possitive and the second one was negative... do you think im pregnant?
