Bood Test Question

If I had sex on Sunday August 8th and then had a quantative blood test and progesterone done on Tues 8/10, would that show if i was pregnant. I am currently 18 days late with my period but I think I may have conceived that Sunday. Any advice?

I am also having an ultrasound done tonight. Would that be too early to show on the ultersound or would they be able to tell
