Can A HPT Be Negative But I Could Still Be Pregnant?

So i was due for my period on the 7th. IT still hasn't come. I have had cramps for like 2 weeks though! On the morning of the 8th I tooka Dollar Tree HPT and it said Negative. Is there still a possibility that i am preganant?? SHould I test again? I am afraid to go to the Dr or even mae the appointment becase I don't want to be told that i am NOT preganant! Make sense??? I am afraid to test again too in fear that I am NOT pregnant!

I think you should wait another few days. (I know its hard) I stressed myself out so much that i think i made my period come late. Just wait another few days and test again.

i am having the same problem, i would go get an ept test cus i took a $tree test to and it came out neg, but my problem is i even went and got a ept and took it three times and came out neg. my question i asked was should i test again. so we are in the same boat. me and my husband want a baby badly and i dont want to be let down (even though i got sick severl times this morning)
