Emma- the comment was made to duh!!!! not you i said that you didn't have to co-sign everything sombody writes about this stupid digital test, and the Happy Whores comment wasn't ment to be literal it just ment you two ladies are too happy. let somebody else be happy stop trying to squash peoples hopes.

emma - June 16th, 2005 8:10 PM

peeonastick- How can somebody be too happy? How is telling people not to interpret the two lines squashing peoples hopes? What the heck does that mean? Telling people to only go by the digital part of the test lets them know not to get their hopes up by looking at the two lines. You just had to put your two cents into my comment.

My god i've never met a bunch of such bitchy women in all my life. Your supposed to support each other not rip each other to bits over people asking a question.

Get over yourselves and stop using an information board as your personal bitching spot!

I took the test today... and I was kinda in a hurry.. so I only breifly looked at the back for what the results mean.... what does one blue line mean???

c - June 22nd, 2005 4:09 AM

1 blue line usually means not pregnant, but double check the pack it came in or the instruction leaflet. Good luck. x

When is a good time to take a pregnancy test? I think i might be pregnant because i stopped taking my birth control pills, soon after i had intercourse with my husband. I think i might be pregnant because i haven't gotten my period? How soon can i test?

Clear blue easy Test:
The same thing happened to me, I took one and it came up pregnant and took another and it came up not pregnant with two blue lines when I ejected it . I went to the doctor and sure enough I was pregnant!

Katie - July 6th, 2005 4:14 PM

m & ashley, I used the clear blue easy digital test, and both times it said NOT PREGNANT, and it had only one line both times, i had tested it on day 8 of my delayed cycle and again after 10 days, today is the 25th day and still no signs or any symptoms of pregnancy, may be the digital kit is not so good, this link of similar experience is giving me hope, i will chek out other brands for testing.

Kelsey - July 6th, 2005 5:10 PM

Katie: The best test to get would be E.P.T. error free. They work but from experience you have to let it sit for that 2 mins it makes a difference!

Karessa - July 6th, 2005 8:17 PM

Yes i had the exact same thing happen to me and i have no idea what is going on. This test is horrible!! If you look at their web site it has been discontinued that is why it is on sale at wal-mart i bet. I had 2 lines as well one really faint. But went to the clinic and big fat negative!

katie - July 7th, 2005 11:50 AM

Kelsey thanks, will check it out... after reading thru the other experiences i strongly feel the clear blue digital test is no good, ya karessa.. u r right, i bought it in walmart!!!

katie - July 8th, 2005 12:12 PM

my period is 26 days late now, 2 home tests came negative, i had a bit of spotting last week for 3 days, during that time i had back ache and stomach cramps, but it was just a little spotting on each of those days... yesterday i visited the doc, urine test cmaeout negative, and bloodtest result will be known by evening today, i am hoping it will be positive, at the same time it worries me, y i am not able to get a positive on the urine test, and why the spotting, could it be ectopic pregnancy... i dont have any symptoms of pregnancy as yet, i have been feeling a lil tired for the past 3 days or so... can anyone help me if u have similar situation

Nici - July 8th, 2005 10:14 PM

On the instructions to the digital tests it says that when the test is ejected it may have 1 or 2 blue lines and this is to be disregarded. Just try another test later and maybe a different kind

Megan - July 8th, 2005 10:19 PM

In the instructions it says that 1 or two blue lines may be on the test stick when it is ejected. This is to be disregarded and only refer to the digital answer the test gave. It is on the back page of the instructions on disposing of the test stick.

I have taken 3 clear blue digital test all said not pregnant and had 2 lines on the test strip, I have gone to the unipath web sight and if you go to the product information it shows that it only test for HCG, and shows that if HCG is detected that it will make the 1st line appear blue, and then the result window blue as well but the digital window can only read it if it is at a certain strength! I also read the instructions that are available on the websight and saw no where about it testing for 2 chemicals, just the pregnancy hormone!, I guess I will wait and see what the doctor says on monday , I will keep you posted, good luck every one,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lauren - July 10th, 2005 12:13 AM

Look people, the instructions say DO NOT LOOK AT THE LINES. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. Jeez you people should learn to read! Go by the digital read out!!
