How long after Trigger Shot do I have to wait to take a Preg. Test?!?!?

I am curious as to how long I should have waited before taking a pregnancy test. On Oct. 14th I got a trigger shot to make me ovulate. I do not know what kind/dosage of trigger shot I got though. I then had an IUI on the 15th and 16th. My doctor told me not to take a pregnancy test for 10 days. So I made sure to follow that. I took a pregnancy test 11dp the trigger shot which came out as a faint positive, but it was around an hour later that it showed up(I know you're supposed to disregard any results after 10-15 minutes). THen on 12dp I took another test and the faint positive showed up at around 10 minutes. Then today on 13 dp I took another test this morning and the faint positive showed up at 2 min. I took another test just now and it was digital......it said PREGNANT. So....my question is....am I most likely pregnant?!?! Or could it still be the trigger shot showing up at the end of 13dp? My doctor only said to wait 10 days....so i think I may be pregnant. It's just hard to believe after going so long with negatives! Can you please give me any thoughts on this you may have?!?!? Thank you!
