How Soon Can A Pregnancy Test Show Positive After Sex?

Hi, I had sex on a saturday and my period was due on wednseday, on the friday and I did a test and it came up positive, is it possible that I concieved last saturday?

It's possible. But, just to be sure, you might want to retest to make sure that it was really a for sure positive, and not a false positive.
