Booked an appointment at the docs for end of week - I am still worring about these cramps though i feel very tender and bloated - its like a stretching feeling in my lower abdomen- is this what you had???? - Have you had your baby?? What did you have??

wow whats going on here lol, me too 10 days late, 3 neg pg tests, I started spotting about 4 days ago, but stopped within an hour and has not been back yet, getting blood work tomm and hopefuly im preg! For Grace, Make sure you tell your doctor about the cramps, the first time I was preg, I had cramps as well, I didnt know why and didnt mention it to my doctor like I should have, thought it was normal somehow, I ended up having a miscarriage, not only did it tear our lives apart, but I felt really guilty. If I had spoke up the doctor may have put me on special limitations that could have saved our baby, please dont ignore them, best of luck to you

Congratulations Grace! I am sending baby dust your way. I hope you have a very uncomplicated pregnancy. I hope that my news is just as good. I am 8 days late today. I am trying to hold out until the 22nd to test to avoid a false negative. We have been TTC for 8 months, so I really hope I am pregnant!

I'm 16 years old. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on the first of august. We used the "withdrawal" method but he wasnt even close to ejaculating. I got my period on August 21 for like 4 or 5 days. I was suppose to get my period last friday or thursday but it never came. all i get is this vaginal discharge. school started 2 weeks ago and i've been staying up till 2 am everynight working my ass off. PLEASE HELP ME!

Deborah- I think I am miscarrying right now. I am scared that I may see a sac or something like that. This is my first miscarriage and I am saddened. I am going to visit the doctor next friday to make sure things look okay. I really wanted this baby, but I guess it wasn't meant to be. I have enjoyed reading articles in this post. Thanks ladies!

Just a quick note about hcg levels. Every woman is completely different. My son was stillborn in october 97. We started trying again soon after. I was pregnant again at the end of january. My period was always irregular so i did a couple of different tests in the following 2 weeks. I started to get faint results around february 14. The very faint results continued for another six weeks. I started cramping so i went straight to the maternity hospital. They did a urine strip test. The results were negative. I knew I was pregnant and convinced them to send me for an ultrasound the following day. The ultrasound confirmed i was 8 weeks pregnant. For the rest of the pregnancy i had very faint results in the tests. I am happy to tell you i know have 2 beautiful daughters, one will be 7 next month and the other one is 3 in december. I have had numerous tests give false positives this year for some reason. At the moment im getting stronger results even though they are still faint so i could be at the earlier stage of pregnancy. It just goes to show everyone is different. The only bit of help i can give is that you can get very sensitive home tests online starting from 10 mIU/ml which should confirm pregnancy 3 days before your period is due. They have worked for me and are 20 times cheaper than buying them in a pharmacy.

My blood test came up negative twice, im really scared. i think i am pregnant. i feel pregnant. I have a scheduled mri tomm. The doc told me I could not have one if it was positive, and its not. But I am having all the same symptoms I had last time I was pregnant. I dont know what to do. Hopefully I am not and the Mri goes fine, but I have a little voice inside that keeps questioning, maybe for some reason its just not showing up, what happens then? I dont think I could emotionally handle losing another baby.

Hi Melissa. Sorry to hear that you may be miscarrying. What are your symptoms? How many weeks are you and have you had an ultrasound? You are right that if you are, it just wasn't meant to be. I am assuming that you are in your very early stages of pregnancy. Imagine miscarrying in the 2nd or 3rd trimester after you have really bonded with the baby and perhaps felt movment. To me that would just be the worst. I know this hurts but just remember that God has great plans for you and your little he or she will be here with you before you know it! Keep me posted.

There are certainly alot of similar answers here! I'm 8 days late today, hubby and i are trying. I've had spottings and feelings like i want to come on, but nothing! Don't about any of you, but my hair is coming out too, not a lot but enough to notice it in the plug hole... is that normal? Took a home test about 2 days ago, came up negative! Going to do another tonight. Never ever been late for a period, i'm sometimes stressed but never makes my period delayed, always been on time! Wonder if i am... hope so. I'm gonna give this test ago, if it show negative again, i think its the trip to the doctors next? Good Luck to everyone.

I have been trying to get into the doctors office for an appt but it has been difficult. I am new to this state so it has been hard to get in. I due have an appt. in October to check out things and how it has been going. I have had cramps, bright red blood, and lower back pain. It seems different than a period. My stomach also is strange and sore. Sorry for all the details. We really wanted to have a baby. Does it sound similar to your symptoms? What do you think? I was very early in the pregnancy. I was 12 days late with my period.

Hi Ladies! Just wanted to follow up and let everyone know that I did a pregnancy test on 9-22-04 (which, incidentally, is my husband's birthday).
It was positive! I took it when I was 10 days late. That makes me 6 weeks pregnant today! I have my first doctor's appointment in 2 weeks. Good Luck, all.

im glad to hear that im not alone, my period should have been on sep. 17th did not get it until the 18th only lasted two days and was lighter than normal which worries me cause im always right on time 26 days apart and lasting 4 days long i have also taken 3 HPT's all neg. dont know what to think HELP...

My period is still 5 days away..i am still not sure if I am having symptoms - or just making myself think they are symptoms. I told myself I wasn't taking anymore tests until my period is late, or if my period is late I should say. But..i have a really bad urge to take one. I took one yesterday, which was neg so i am really hoping that it was just too soon!

Has anyone ever heard of a 3D or 4D sonogram? My friend who is pregnant wants to have one done - there is a place near us that does them for $140..but I am worried it is not safe - does anyone have any ideas? Take care everyone - TTFN!

Hey Melissa. I was 23 days late with my period (when I miscarried) but got a confirmed pregnancy with a blood test 5 days late.I can't remember if you said you got a pos. on a blood test. If you didn't get a blood test you really should have, because now you might never know if you were indeed pregnant and miscarried. Being only 12 days late you may not see or feel anything if you pass something from a miscarriage. Or you could just have a late period. If you did get a pos. blood test then you should really get to a Dr. right away to find out what is causing the bleeding. I hate to tell you this but it really sounds like you may be miscarrying. But, I am sure you know your body and know something is different this time like I knew. Your symptoms are the same as mine. My bleeding lasted 7 days and was bright red. Lots of clots. Cramping and sore back the day before I expeled the sac and the placenta. Hope this helps.
