Late Period, 7 Negatives?

Mu husband and I have been trying to conceive since early 2008 after a miscarriage at 8 wks. I've been getting my period regularly every month up until recently. My last period was on July 24th and I haven't started since then...so far I've taken 7 tests at home, all negative. We want so badly to be expecting. I've gained weight noticeably and could just sleep the day away. I really worried because my job is partly to blame for our loss last year and I am doing everything I can to prevent that from happening again. Is it still possible to be pregnant with 7 negatives?
