I've been having pregnancy like syptoms since january home pregnancy tests STILL come up negative

I went to my doctor who did a urine test which also came up negative

but now I have a big bump and I could swear something kicks every so often

is there a reason why urine based tests wouldn't work and is there another test I could ask for
