17worried.... Last March I was pregnant and I also had bleeding. It went from light to dark and to bright red. I knew there was something defenately wrong. It lasted for weeks. I finally had an ultrasound and discovered that I had an Ectopic (tubal) pregnancy,(where the baby implants outside the uteris, usually in the falliopian tubes)& which I could have died from if I had not done anything about it. I didn't have any pain until the day that my tube almost ruptured. whatever it is.. it is very important you see your Obgyn right away.

sarahb- you need to get to the doctors, if your leaking from your breasts then it's either due to being pregnant or a medical problem, either way get to the drs. please keep us posted and good luck.

CONGRATS! You don't have to go to the asylum after all. :) Me...I am still waiting. I haven't taken a test since probably the 8th I figured that I should wait to see if I miss my next period. (Those tests are expensive...and i don't want my doctor thinking I am crazy.haha) So who the heck knows what is going on with me... I will see. I am due "supposedly" next Monday. i think...I don't know how to count when missing a period. Oh well. But I will def keep you updated. Again...congradulations. Keep me updated about how far along you are and everything. :)

IS there anyone out there who kept getting negative HPT's and then found out they were pregnant. How long did it take to show up on the tests? How far gone were you. I am around 14 days late, my last period 11th December 04. No real PG systoms other than slight crampling, backache and being very sleepy. Any help anyone!!!!!

if you are having pregnacy syptoms and your still getting neg at home go to the doctor it may be eptopic preg (pregnacy in the tube or ovary)
because one of the sign are neg at home pregnacy test

Why do HPT's say on the pack you can test from the day your period is late? Is that to keep them in business - I am 4 days late and have tested 3 times! Have bad cramps like AF is coming but nothing. Have went from being constipated to diarrhea (sorry tmi). I am going out of my mind!

well i've been reading this for a few days or so now because my girlfriend was 11 days late as of saturday. She started her period on sunday, but it stopped all of the sudden today. What might be going on? She isn't very regular, and sometimes has 3-4 day cycles. Is it possible she may be pregnant?

Well I kinda am wondering, I am having the same kind of problem BUT had a tubal ligation 8 ys ago at 21 after 1 child, I am wondering how does one tell how effective tubal ligations really are, I heard people can get pregnant on them yet is this true?

Hey all i got a question...I'am 23 going to be 24 on the 1st of feb and my period is 11 days late now and i have a think clear discharge and white zit like spots around my nipples plus iam more tired and canky during the day and it seems like iam peeing more often ..I have tooken about 7 home pg test and all came up negitive what can i do im so afriad that somthing might be wrong.How long should i wait to take another test im trying to get ahold of my docter now to try to get a blood test done...Any advise will be greatly listend too thank you!!

I am 30 years old and trying to get pregnant with my third. I am currently 3 days late. I have never missed a beat on when I am supposed to start. I have enjoyed reading and find that I am not crazy. I have alot of the same problems everyone is mentioning. I am crampy, and my breast are a little sore. I have taken over 10 hpt and they all saw negative. On top of everything I broke my toe last night and i am afraid to go to the doctor because they would need to take and x-ray. But I can not get one if I am pregnant. Just glad to see that I am not the only one with the hpt problem.

I am 25...Married and a mom to a 4 year old son...Have been trying to become pregnant again for a couple of months now...Should have gotten my period the 17th of January...Tried especially hard to conceive during the 4 days ovulation was supposed to take place...Dec 31-Jan 3rd...Feeling nauseous, breasts are a bit sore, but negative hpt results...I've taken about 10 of them...What are my chances of being pregnant? How long after a missed period would a positive prego result show if I were prego? Would it be better and more accurate if I get a blood test? I feel a bit crampy occasionally and have had some sharp pains in my lower abdomen...Maybe an ovarian cyst, or something? Any advice or comments appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

mommyof1...I'd say wait until you're 14 days late and if your period doesn't come, go get a blood test at your doctors...If still neg, ask them for an ultrasound to see if there'e something else wrong that's preventing your period from coming. I'm 8 days late and have taken about 10 hpt...all negative...went to the doctors today and she told me to wait until I'm 14 days late, re-test and if still neg, wait one more week. If no period, she's scheduling me for an ultrasound. Good Luck

My period was due Wed, 1/19. Took hpt on Thurs-negative. Sat-negative. Sun passed some tissue and spotted. Mon had heavier spotting. today, tues, got negative BT, and cramping big time, and bleeding heavier. Is it possible I miscarried? would a BT be negative from a miscarriage? very disappointed, been trying almost a year for baby #1.

Melissa...If you miscarried, which my gut tells me you did not, there would still be levels of hcg(pregnancy hormone) in your blood...A hp test can still show a positive even if you miscarried the month before...Maybe something just tweeked your cycle a bit ie: stress or something...Best of luck conceiving a healthy happy baby in 2005.
