As for being late, if you have just recently stopped taking bc pills or depo shot it could take awhile for your cycles to return to normal. So you could have 40 day cycles and not be pregnant. Or in the case of depo some women do not have any periods for 1 year after stopping. I wish you all the best of luck in getting the answers you want. But while there are early pregnancy signs, many of the signs just mimic the signs of your AF coming. I think that we get too excited hoping for the +++, that we start reading more into the signs than not. I have been there, so I know. Relax and enjoy this time in your life.

Hiya Girls, I was just wondering if anyone has had pains in the top of their inner thighs within their 1st trimester of pregnancy??? Also my sinuses are playing up, stuffy/runny nose, especially at night. Has anyone had this in pregnancy?

Hello everyone, I am several days late but not for sure if i could be preg. or i'm still working the depo shot out of my system.As for anyone who is coming off bc it took me 8mo to get my period back and i have had 4 and now nothing.I have taken 4 test all neg.Called the doc but she said that i should wait another week before taking another test. She says that some women don't produce enough of the hcg hormone this early in preg. to get a pos. reading.Everyone is diff. but i wish everyone the best of luck.I do recommend not to take a test until u are at least 1wk late. Its a waste of money, i figured that out.

I am 8 days late on my period and i have taken a HPT(negative). Last month i have started a new medication TERGRETOL for possible seizures, can this be why I'm late???? Help please!

My period is 15 days late i know in most cases that would mean i am pregnant but the problem is that i stopped taking my birth control in october, i didnt get my period in november or december but then i got it on january 19 and it was a normal period then in february i didn't get it and i still didnt get it i took 2 tests and they both came up negative any one have any ideas????

It's been 8 weeks and 2 days since my last period, I had made an appointment with a midwife for wednesday but yesterday I took a test as I was going to a theme park and thought if I was pregnant it's really not the brightest plan. The test came out negative. I have had the flu this last week and I think that alot of what I thought were pregnancy symptoms were infact symptoms of the flu. My nipples have gotten alot more sore than usual to touch, I have no idea why but im not letting any more symptoms confuse me. I have taken that negative test exactly how it is NEGATIVE. I have an appointment with a midwife the day after tomorro which I may aswell go to to be 100% certain and get my period sorted.

I hate to put anyone who is trying for a baby down BUT I must tell you all that I have been in the exact same position as you for 4 weeks now. I have had all the symptoms and negative tests. I know it is possible for woman in our situation to be pregnant but realisticly the chances are very slim. So just chill girls!

Hi I am now 49 days late I have taken now 4 HPTs and all have came back negative, this past weekend I did have a little bit of blood after intercourse but it wasn't even red it was more like a pinkish yellow and I used a pad to see if anymore would come and nothing did, b/c i didn't want to use a tampon just in case. Not sure if that is what they called spotting or not. My breast have been tender and feel a little larger for the past couple of weeks and I have been having weird feelings in my stomach not really sure how to explain them. I have had some headaches and thats about it, Im not sure what else to do b/c all the test have came back negative, if anyone else has had anything like this I would sure like to hear about it or if anyone has any idea what this might be. I want to be pregnant but im not real sure if I am, Could i be pregnant and still have negative home pregnancy tests? Need of some help!

Wow....zI am glad I found you girls because I have been freaking out. Although my period has never been really regular......it usually shows it's face between 35-40 days. Well I have not have my period since 12/27/04. I went nuts buying HPT's. I finally went to my doctor. She did a blood test and a few other tests...to check my thyroid...the pregnancy test was negative and the other tests were normal. I just wish I knew what was going on. I am also have a vaginal discharge.....heavy at times....clear/white slimy fluid. I am having backache and cramps and I swear my period is coming.....but still nothing. Everyone around me....friends and co-workers are getting pregnant and I am feeling horrible...I am happy for them but sad for myself.

Wow! I was reading your post and it sounds exactly like my situation! I haven't had a period since October and it's now March. My doctor put my on Prometrium and I had a withdrawl bleed but still nothing. I went for tests and it looks as though I have a 6 cm cyst on my left ovary and an abnormality in the lining of the uterus. I know what you're saying though, everyone else around you is getting pregnant and you try so hard to be happy for them (which you are) but you can't help feeling sad for yourself. Be strong, and hang in there. That's what I'm doing until I can get my problem solved. Try to do whatever you can to look into different tests that you can have that might be able to find out what the problem is. Hi Guys, Iam new to this website but I need help too, Iam about 6 days late for my period and keep getting negative results for pregnancy tests...I'm normally regular....how late should I wait to take another test?

I had my lmp on Dec. 15. In January, right around the time that I was supposed to have my period I was having all the symtoms of having the period but I did not. A week or two later I was craving for foods like I could eat anything insight and I felt pregnant. I took many preg. tests but all came back negative, took urine test at doctor office but also neg. Mid part of Feb., my belly started to show and grow like a 8-10 weeks pregnant by March. I had problem with bloating, my breast were fuller and those little pumps around the nipples were increasing, headache you name them. Went to an ob/gyn, after she examine me, she congratulated me for being pregnant for 10 weeks. Went to take the ultrasound, there was nothing there. I had some fibroids but they were the same as my last one a year or so ago. I also took a bt at the doctor office. It came out neg. the next day. I had a follow up appt with the same doctor this morning, she flat out told me that I am not pregnant based on the results of bt & us. I asked why she told me I was preg. last week and she said maybe she felt the fibroids instead. I was devastated and disappointed. Anyway after I came home from the doctor office, a few hour later I started my period. Thanks God. At least I am back to normal after a month and a half of trying to find out if I was preg. or not after trying to get preg. for more than 10 yrs.

naddy i had exactly what your talking about i am 3wks late...how late are you? i had that about a week ago...i would love to have your answer bcuz im here alone, my boyfriend left for iraq the day the preg calculator said i would have conceived

im sure your hpt was wrong because the same thing you going through im going through and i know you are just dying to find out but my doctor told me to wait another week before i test again and it should be enough fluid in your urine to tell you that you are pregnant good luck!!!!!!!
