Went to doc today - they took blood - will find out Friday or Monday on what the results were - will be nice to know - 17 days late now :(

Good luck. I know how you feel. I was late myself with may neg hpt. I went to the dr. last week and found out that I just skipped a period, though by pure luck that I was just barely pregnant. I definately feel pregnant now, though I just had very mild signs before. So I'm hoping for the best for you.

I am 8 days late. I took a hpt when I was 4 days late and it was negative. I have absolutely no other symptoms of pregnancy (urinating more often, sickness, weight gain, tenderness, discharge, etc). Could I be pg or could my missed period be from something else?

Hi Sarah - I was also about 8 or 9 days late and then I ended up getting it. I think if you worry and think it about it constantly like I was it delay's it, so hang it there for another week and if you haven't got it by then I would go and get a blood test done to put your mind at ease.

I am late too. (12 days) the dr. thinks that I should re-start the bc pills because the hpt's are neg. What do you think?

Blood test came back neg at the doctor - I am back to the drawing board - probably another cyst. *sigh* this sux - today is my birthday too - some b-day present.

Hello I have not had my period for 65 days and i have taken the first response pt test and it came back negative. I have been having all the symptoms except my breasts havent been sore but they have gotten bigger. I have bee having headaches and lower abdominal pains on my left side. I am 22 and i'm scared that there could be something really wrong with me. Im not on the pill and havent been for almost 2yrs. I would really like some advice. Please help... thank you

Yes your Pt test can be wrong.... I took a first response test and it showed up negative but the ept can up positive. So I went to the dr to find out and got a blood test... it was negative.

I am now 65 days late and still no period. I have taken a first response test and it came out Negative. I am so worried that there is something seriously wrong with me. I have been off the bc pill for 2 yrs and dont have any other source of bc. I have haedaches, a sharp pain on my left side of my lower abdomin, my boobs have gotten bigger and im tired and i have to pee like 10 times in a 4 hr period. If anyone knows what it could be.. that would be great. Im worried and confused. thanks for your input. *Michelle421*

I'm about 12 days late and very few symptoms. I usually have PMS symptoms for about 10-12 days before starting period, and except for some twinges in my belly and tingles in my breasts in the last two days, oh and frequent trips to the bathroom (2-3x an hour), nothing else is going on. I've taken a couple tests from the dollar store and they were negative. Any ideas about how long I should wait to take another test or go to the doctor?

My period is late by 5 days, I did First Response home test......and negative. even now I didnt get by periods now 7 days late. am I pregnant or not????

im 29 yrs old, had a baby 4 months ago and have had a period since he was born. im 72 days late for my period, done a few tests and all come back negative, been feeling sick and mucus discharge and im tired all the time, does anyone have any idea's what it could be? and before you ask no im not stressed im an active healthy woman :o)

I am having a very similar problem. I have not had a regurlar period since November. I had light spotting in December, skipped completely in January, and am now 4 weeks late. I have taken numberous hpts and all have been negative. Suggestions?

it could be down to what is known as Secondary Amenorrhea which is when you miss periods even though you use to be regular but you are not pregnant this can be caused by numerous things for example stress , weight gain , extreme exercise etc , keep doing tests as these are also known to be sometimes inaccurate but always if you are worried about anything like this i would advise you to go and see your doctor. hope this helps you all xx
