I am kinda freaking out. I am 15 days late and I have taken 3 hpt and they all are negative. I am never this late. I dont really feel any symptons, but not really sure if it would be too early. My boyfriend is being deployed to the middle east in two weeks so I am dying to know if I am so we can find out before he leave... What should I do??

I posted back in early December and just wanted to update everyone. I still haven't gotten a period and my Dr. ran some tests on me and she thinks it may be polycystic ovarian syndrome. She said with some hormones it should jumpstart my system again. I learned that my mom also has PCOS and she never had any problems or miscarriages with it so I'm hopeful that when the time is right my husband and I will be able to have a healthy baby.

Well it's taken me a while, but i've finally got through all of these posts!! Lol. It put a HUGE smile on my face when i read of those who eventually got there BFP (pos)
Well i'm on day 35 of my cycle. Technically 7days late. My cycles can sometimes be 28days, usually around 34 days - give or take a day or 2. I have also once had a cycle that was 47days!!!!
HOWEVER..this month i just feel soooooo different. Me & my husband have been TTC for a year, so i know what's it like to wish every month that this is the month & "create" symptoms.
This month i just "feel" pregnant! I have had VERY vivid dreams - very unusual for me! & Lots of them dreams actually been about being pregnant! Last nights dream i went all the way from taking my tests to actually giving birth in my dream!!!
I have been eating loadssssss! I usually have a VERY small appetite! I full bloated all the time, but it's not really making me uncomfortable, it's just there! & i have this nagging gut feeling that i just can't shake! I took my first test 5dyays ago, which was neg. I didn't take it with FMU though & only tricked! (sorry if TMI) The next day i got some VERY light brownish/clear spotting, but only when i wiped which lasted 2days, but was not there all the time during the second day. (implantation bleeding??) This would have been around the time i was expecting my period.
I'm going to take another test tomorrow so i'll let you know how i get on!
I'm actually living out in Turkey at the minute (Turkish husband) Although we are returning to the UK at the end of next month. If i havn't gotten my period by next weekend, & still getting negative results, i'm going to go to the hospital here - they tend to be pretty good & look at every option.

Hello, I am currently 9 days late and I am normally regular. I stoped taking my birth control in Sept of 08 about 4 months ago and got regular periods. I should have gotten my period on jan 20th and nothing yet. I tested after the 4th day and (-). Today is now day 9 and nothing. I kinda feel some symptoms,but i feel like there is a reason for the things that are happening. I am really tired, but i also get up for work at 4:30 am so anyone would be tired getting up that early, I do feel sick to my stomach sometimes but notihng too major, boobies kinda hurt but again not sure if it's reall y in my head. I dunno. Im going to test again on saturday which will be day 11 of the missed period. I wonder noe though becuase the first time i tested i was like 1 in the afternoon so it was probably diluted. I hate thinking that it all in my head..help???

Well before i had a chance to take my second test AF showed her ugly head! :(

It's not a normal period though! Very light & not painful at all! I usually start off very heavy & have ALOT of very painful cramping during the first day or two! Well it showed lastnight & now today it is still really very light & kind of redish brown in colour. (sorry if TMI)
So i'm still holding that little bit of hope! I just feel so different this last month! I'm not telling myself i am deff preg, cos it could most likely be that i'm not. But there is still a very big part of me that is thinking "what if?"
I will keep u all updated with me as time goes by...

Mrs. Cinar - if your "period" is not normal then its a good chance its not a period at all. I wouldn't discount pregnancy just yet.

Anyways, as for myself, this is the second time I have had all of the symptoms in the book but have gotten negative hpts. The first time was back in Aug 08 and AF was a week and a half late - when it finally did come it was worse than usual. I read that in this particular instance, it was most likely an early miscarriage that hadn't expelled itself yet. Negative hpts were because I had miscarried early but AF a week and a half late because these things take a while. (My sister miscarried at 9 weeks and they waited over a month after that for it to expell before they finally went in and did a DNC.)

This time around the symptoms are actually worse. I've gotten 2 hpts so far but I'm still taking care of myself because I don't believe them. I've heard many times of women being 3 months in before they even got a positive blood test! I want to tell all of you ladies and reassure myself, go with your intuition! The test may say no, but you know your body better than anyone! I never EVER get pms symptoms - no cramping, no moodiness, no bloating or tender breasts.... And the only thing I ever get during AF is a sore back. If one more person tells me its just PMS, I'm going to smack them! lol

Heres my situation...From even b4 AF was due, I started to feel "different"..have taken several test all show BFN...Was on pill so stopped taking them and spotted for only 1 day...yet I have been having cramping different to AF, then had stitch like pains either side of ovaries, sore breasts and nipples, gone up a cup size, lower backach, bloated, queasy but not nausea all the time, going from insomnia to sleeping all the time, cant have anything pressing on stomach as feels uncomfortable, and they just keep increasing as time goes on..had blood test which said hcg level was "under 25" dr said thats a neg..I have now insisted on another test but the quantitive one to show exact hcg. I also have appt to have a scan.I still think i am...SO keep positive..and go with ur gut..keep insisting until proven otherwise...

Also can anyone tell me what hcg under 25 means??? Does it mean I am between 5 and 25?

Hello, I'm in the same situation as well. I am now on day 39 of my cycle, which is normally 30 days and have taken 3 hpt (last one this morning) all negative. My sister has given me a little bit of hope because she had 2 negative tests when she was pregnant. I keep getting so disappointed with the negative results as my hubby and I have been ttc sine june last year. I'm trying not to get my hopes up but a part of me still thinks i could be pregnant. If I haven't got my period in a week I think I'm going to go to the dr. It's comforting to know that there are others in the same boat.

People-you MUST make a Dr. apptmnt instead of spending $15-20 on every pregnancy test that is negative. Only a Dr. will know for sure.

PEOPLE-MAKE A DR. APPOINTMENT-THAT IS THE ONLY FOR SURE WAY TO KNOW. STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY ON THE HOME TESTS!

PEOPLE-make a Doctor appointment-that is the only FOR SURE way to know. Stop spending $15-20 each on every HPT!!!

Same here! I'm a week late, taken a hpt test everyday, all negative!!!
