Pregnancy Test After Sex

So me and my partner are TTC and we have been having regular sex everyday. I wanted to know if my partner came in me would the remaining sperm the next day affect a pregnancy test ?

No, it would not. Sperm does not contain hcg which is what the test looks for. Good luck.
