Pregnant Or Not?

I had a blood test run at the emergency room because I was going to get ex-rayed for a fall I had and my test came back positive but when I took and home test it came out negative. Any comments to help me out? They think I am 3-5 weeks. Help!!

The blood test at the er was likely much more sensitive than a HPT.
