hi jamielynn, iv had a similar prob. i took a hpt the other day and got a faint positive an i took another test the day after an it was negative. iv got 2 days til af due so im just gonna wait it out. hope i get my bfp and hope u get a better BFP

hi missy, i took 2 more today and both were neg. I should have waited til morning but i was a lil frustrated. My af is also due in 2 days so i think i'll wait til then to do another test. Which brand hpt did you use? Good luck and plenty of babydust***

Dont i just know the feeling!!!? i keep getting faint positives as well and even thou i very well know that a positive is a positive it just wont sink in until i hopefuly get a strong positive, im just not convinced..Even thou the same thing happened to me with my other pregnancies i just really need a strong positive to believe! I KNOW i should just go and get a blood test but for some reason i'm still afraid of a negative,if that makes any sense.. Crazy, i know.. Good luck to all three of us

Hi Sally! If you keep getting those faints on different tests then I believe congratulations is in order!! I know the feeling of not being convinced though, i had the faint positive on only ONE of the tests, all the other have been negative since, as early as one i took this morning. Af is due for me tomorrow so we'll see, but so far so good, no sign of her woohoo! good luck to you!

I hope you get your positive soon.. i got negatives before i started getting faint positives. Stick to the brand you got your positive when you retest, it might be more sensetive than the others, n if you're using the same brand all the time, make sure you hold for atleast 4 hrs before testing, drinking as little fluids as possible, morning pee would be as good as any (or as bad lol) if you get up during the night to pee n have a glass of water..
