You can occasionally completely miss a period and be perfectly fine. You might just be stressed out about being pregnant or your period coming so your body is playing mean little tricks on you by making you late. Small possibility it's a cyst, but those usually aren't anything to worry about either. As long as you feel fine, don't worry about it unless you miss another period. Take another pregnancy test in a week, it might just be taking your body a little while to build up the hcg in your urine.

I, too, have taken 2 pregnancy tests. Both negative. I really don't see how I could possibly be pregnant. I was only with my boyfriend one time (6 days before my period was due) and we used protection. I have no symptoms but sore breasts, which happens evey month with my pms. I am worried that something else may be wrong with me. Please let us know how things turn out for you!
