Try not to panic yet, I have read that the digital test that say pregnant or not pregnant have are less sensitve then the other test. Try a first response early test, they always were reliable for me...I got a positive at 12 dpo with my dd.

i took another test got a faint positive, at the drs got a negative and im not bleeding yet is it possible for hcg to dip at 13dpo and come back up or no

HCG is suppose to double every 2-3 days in early pregnancy. One thing it could be is test sensitivity, every pregnancy test is different some won't say pregnant unless you have HCG levels over 25, 50, 75+. Dollartree tests are pretty sensitive I got my faint BFP at 9dpo. Also what time of day are you taking the tests when your getting your +? Are you drinking lots of water taking a HPT and getting a -? Some of these factors will effect the outcome of tests this early in pregnancy. If you don't get your period in a day or two and your still getting + on a HPT I would go back to your dr and get blood work done. Sometimes dr offices urine pregnancy tests won't detect the HCG unless the hormone level is over 100. Good luck
